KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- One person is dead following a crash Tuesday afternoon involving a car and a motorcycle. The crash was reported around 4:45 p.m. on Interstate 435 near Blue Parkway. Kansas City police tell FOX4 the motorcyclist involved was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released at this time. The cause of the crash is under investigation. Southbound I-435 is currently closed at 350 Highway as crews continue to work the scene.
