(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said suspects of a burglary disabled their vehicle while trying to escape police in the early morning of Tuesday, Sept. 17.
According to CSPD, on Tuesday at around 12:45 a.m. officers were called to the ANB Bank located in the 1100 block of North Circle Drive about a report that suspects were attempting to steal an ATM.
Police said the suspect vehicle was spotted leaving the scene before the suspects drove over a retaining wall and disabled the car. The suspects then tried running away from officers. Police were able to find two of the suspects; a man identified as Kenneth Gandy and a minor, however, the third suspect was not found.
