The Onondaga County District Attorney’s office released a list of 44 indictments for August.Jhon Moises Chacaguasay-Ilbis was charged with murder and concealment of a human corpse for an incident on June 18 in Syracuse. Trial date set for man accused of killing woman, dumping her body in Syracuse park.
