SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — One of the two URI students who allegedly assaulted officers will be in court Tuesday morning. Cody Calkins and Jake Dingham were both arrested on September 6 by Narragansett police when they were breaking up an unruly Bonnet Shores house party. At some point in the party, Calkins and Dingham allegedly assaulted the officers, and resisted arrest. Calkins will be arraigned this morning at the 4th district court, where he faces an additional larceny charge. Dingham will be arraigned September 24th. Categories: News, Rhode Island
