TOPEKA (KSNT) - Performers for a weird and paranormal-themed circus are due to return to the Topeka area this fall to entertain locals. The Paranormal Cirque II circus is set to hold multiple shows near the Montara neighborhood south of Topeka from Oct. 11-14. Each show is rated-R due to "adult language and material" meaning those under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian who is over the age of 21. Those who are under the age of 13 will not be allowed to enter. At 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11. At 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12. At 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12. At 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13. At 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13. At 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14. 27 News originally reported in August the circus would be coming to West Ridge Mall's parking lot. However, these shows were called off later in the month. A separate circus, Do Portugal, is still due to hold performances at the mall in late September and early October. Paranormal Cirque has visited Topeka twice in recent years, in 2021 and in 2023, providing rated-R entertainment to local adults and older teens at Heartland Motorsports Park which recently sold at auction.
