TOPEKA (KSNT) - Starting Monday night, two I-70 ramps in Topeka will be closed while crews do resurfacing work. At 6 p.m. on Monday, the eastbound I-70 to northbound US-75 and the southbound US-75 flyover bridge to eastbound I-70 will be closed. The closures are expected to last until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT). Marked detours will be in place for both closures. The eastbound I-70 to northbound US-75 closure will have a marked detour taking motorists to MacVicar Avenue to westbound I-70, to Gage Boulevard or northbound U.S. 75, according to KDOT. KDOT said the southbound US-75 flyover bridge to eastbound I-70 closure will have a marked detour taking motorists to westbound I-70, to Fairlawn Road, to eastbound I-70 or Gage Boulevard.
