Police lights   RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies are investigating after two men were found unresponsive in a vehicle in the 300 block of Koon Store Road, said deputies. RCSD said deputies to responded to the area in reference to a shooting incident on Saturday, Sept. 14, around 10:30 p.m. The two men have been identified by the Richland County Coroner’s Office as 40-year-old Corey B. Johns of Lexington, and 37-year-old Jibaris J. Veal of Columbia. “We will continue working with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department to fully investigate this incident,” Coroner Rutherford states.
