A 32-year-old man was shot to death in upper Manhattan Monday morning, police said. The victim was shot in the face and chest inside a commercial building on 10th Ave. near W. 205th St. in Inwood about 5:45 a.m., cops said. He was rushed by medics to Harlem Hospital but could not be saved. His name was not immediately released. The killer got away and has not been caught.
