BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man is facing several charges following an alleged kidnapping of a woman followed by a shooting at a youth football game on Sunday, Buffalo police said.
Rashaan Mallory, 29, is accused of forcing a male and a female into his car, driving to the football game off of Koons Avenue, robbing two people while shooting one of them. Police said the 31-year-old man who was shot is from Rochester. Police said the incident happened around 11 a.m.
He is then accused of attempting to flea with the first female victim still in the car, having taken her phone so she couldn't call for help. Officers arrived at Koons and Sycamore Street and told Mallory to get out before he allegedly put the car in reverse, eventually crashing on Koons.
A loaded gun was recovered at the scene of the crash.
Mallory, who police said is currently on parole, is charged with the following.

second-degree kidnapping
first-degree assault
first-degree robbery (three counts)
second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds
first-degree unlawful imprisonment
second-degree menacing
fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property
