BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man is facing several charges following an alleged kidnapping of a woman followed by a shooting at a youth football game on Sunday, Buffalo police said. Rashaan Mallory, 29, is accused of forcing a male and a female into his car, driving to the football game off of Koons Avenue, robbing two people while shooting one of them. Police said the 31-year-old man who was shot is from Rochester. Police said the incident happened around 11 a.m. He is then accused of attempting to flea with the first female victim still in the car, having taken her phone so she couldn't call for help. A loaded gun was recovered at the scene of the crash.
