SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- A fire broke out at an Italian restaurant in La Jolla before opening early Sunday morning. Firefighters with the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department responded to calls for a fire at 6:35 a.m. Sunday at Marisi La Jolla, an Italian restaurant located at the intersection of Herschel and Wall streets. The battalion chief confirmed firefighters were able to contain the fire to the wall, keeping it from spreading to any adjacent buildings or upstairs apartments.
