Victor Sahagun was last seen in the area of E. 27th Ter/Topping Ave. on Sunday around 6 a.m. near Blue Valley Park. He also no longer has facial hair. Sahagun suffers from dementia and needs immediate medical attention. If he is found, you are asked to contact 911 immediately.
