LAFOURCHE PARISH, La. (WGNO) — The Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court's Office and both courthouses will be closed from Sept. 16 through Sept. 20 due to storm damage from Hurricane Francine. According to the Lafourche Parish 17th Judicial District, those scheduled for court appearances between Sept. 10 after 12 p.m. and Sept. 20 should reschedule. Court officials said a temporary station where new court dates will be issued will be located at 201 Green Street in Thibodaux outside the courthouse. Court officials said the child support lobby at the District Attorney's office at 103 Maronge Street will serve as the rain location.
