DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A call about child abuse led to the discovery of multiple bombs in the Piedmont Triad, according to the sheriff's office. According to the Davidson County Sheriff's Office, in July 2024 they received reports about the physical abuse of juveniles and began investigating. They then executed a search warrant on Friday at a home on Holloway Church Road in Lexington. Christopher Steven Hauser, 42, a convicted felon, was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and five counts of possession of a weapon of mass death and destruction.
