ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 35-year-old man was left with serious injuries Saturday night after crashing on the I-490 ramp to the NYS Thruway in Victor, troopers said. According to New York State Police, the man was riding a 2012 Harley Davidson when he left the roadway and hit a guide rail. Troopers responded to the scene around 6:45 p.m. The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he's currently listed as critical but stable. The incident held up traffic on I-490 for a little under an hour, though the area has since been reopened. The investigation continues.
