Maryland State Police looking for suspects involved in armed carjacking

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- Maryland State Police (MSP) is looking for suspects involved in an armed carjacking that happened Friday night.
Police said that just after 10 p.m., they received a report of an armed carjacking.
Officers believe the victim, who is not being identified at this time, was traveling west on the Allentown Road ramp to North Branch Avenue when two dark-colored vehicles cornered the victim’s red Dodge Charger.

Three to four suspects, wearing black ski masks, then pointed a gun at the victim and stole the Dodge.
Officers spoke to the victim and learned that the vehicle had been found in Suitland Parkway, just west of Stanton Road in D.C., and it looked like it had been crashed causing it to become disabled.
Police also learned that the vehicle was involved in several other crashes throughout D.C. before being found.
