HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Two travel lanes are closed on a section of Interstate 95 North in Hanover County due to the delayed opening of a work zone. At around 11:40 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, the Virginia Department of Transportation reported that two travel lanes were closed on I-95 North near Ashland due to the delayed opening of a work zone.
