SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- The San Diego County Fair is coming to a close, with just a few more opportunities to enjoy the fun. The fact that there are three days left post-Fourth of July may come as a surprise to some locals, as this the first year that's happened since 2015. Officials with the Del Mar Fairgrounds said this extension was made to allow San Diegans to enjoy the fair throughout the holiday weekend. For those trying to decide which final day to go for the 2024 season, here's a breakdown of what the last three days and nights of the fair have to offer: Got the travel bug? Tina & Whitney performance on the Chevrolet Paddock Stage at 8 p.m. Other daily events and entertainment that can be expected each day includes the "Let's Go Retro" theme exhibit, the Great American Petting Farm, Swifty Swine Pig Races, Circus Luminescence, among several other demonstrations.
