WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - The Kansas Highway Patrol says a 20-year-old motorcyclist from Kingman was seriously injured in a crash on Thursday. It happened around 10:30 a.m. on Kansas Highway 61 near Will Street in Turon. The KHP says the motorcyclist was heading northeast on K-61 and failed to negotiate a curve. The motorcycle and rider came to rest in the south ditch. 1 killed, multiple injured as severe storm topples campers at Wilson Lake The motorcyclist was taken to Ascension Via Christi St. Francis with serious injuries. The driver was wearing a helmet, according to the KHP.
