UPDATE: THURSDAY 7/4/2024 4:10 p.m. (PUEBLO, Colo.) — At around 3:45 p.m. Lake Pueblo State Park said the capacity closure had been lifted as the park is no longer at capacity. The public is advised that there may be some delays as the park is still busy. ORIGINAL STORY: Guests turned away from Lake Pueblo, park at capacity THURSDAY 7/4/2024 1:50 p.m. Lake Pueblo State Park said on Thursday, July 4 the park is completely at capacity and is turning guests around. In a post on social media Lake Pueblo State Park said at around 10:30 a.m. that the park was at capacity and no more vehicles would get in until the capacity closure was lifted.
