GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) - The Greenville Co. Coroner's Office, along with South Carolina Highway Patrol, have identified the victim who was struck by a vehicle, Wednesday morning. The pedestrian, Kevin James Calvert, of Greenville, was transported to Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Calvert succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The accident occurred at the area of Whitehorse Road and Anderson Road. The case is being investigated by the Greenville Co. Coroner's Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol. The cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries and his death was ruled as an accident.
