DICKINSON, ND (KXNET) — A man is dead while the other is in custody after a verbal altercation and shooting on Wednesday evening. According to the Dickinson Police Department, officers were called to the 1000 block of Enterprise Avenue around 7:11 p.m. When they arrived, they found a 59-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound and the suspected shooter, a 67-year-old man, stayed on the scene and spoke with officers. Things to do around town: July 1-7 The 59-year-old was brought to CHI St. Alexius Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses and the 67-year-old were interviewed by detectives. Based on the information, the detectives developed cause to place the 67-year-old under arrest. The man is allegedly charged with one count of Murder, which is a class AA felony.
