EEE detected in mosquito sample for first time this year
According to Animal Control, the two-year-old female Beagle was found Tuesday night by two good Samaritans after they left the nearby gym. The dog was howling in her crate that was filled with feces. She was found on the service road between Tractor Supply and Planet Fitness.
An exam of the Beagle, who they have named Bagel, found that she has mange, double ear infections, two cherry eyes, interdigital infection with bacteria and severe dermatitis. The Beagle is not spayed and may have had puppies in the past.
