Syracuse, N.Y. — Sunlight shone through the stained glass windows, draping the booth seating at Syracuse’s Noble Cellar in the most dramatic blanket of soft end-of-day rays. The colorful windows, one of the few remainders of the building’s former lives, left us wistful for a long-departed restaurant that once inhabited the space.
