ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A two-time cancer survivor is sharing her story to help drive home the new message Rochester Regional Health wants to deliver to the community.
Chelsea Autovino detailed her experience with her medical team at RRH. Diagnosed with stomach cancer while pregnant with her second child, Autovino says she never felt alone.
"You have my surgeon, you have my nurses, you have my OB-GYN team, like you have over 30 people," she said. "You wanna know why I love it? Because it shows that I'm not alone. I have that support team, that they're not family, but they're there to show, like, we're here for you."
The hospital system says their promise, "Where your experience meets our expertise," is part of a new campaign — "We're here for it."
