Highs in the mid 90s. Numerous showers and storms. Sunday: Partly sunny, hot and muggy. Scattered showers and storms. Hurricane Beryl: Beryl’s eyewall was slamming Jamaica Wednesday afternoon, but is now pulling away from the island. Beryl is forecast to track westward across the Caribbean Sea this week before taking aim at the Yucatan Peninsula. Thankfully, environmental and atmospheric conditions will allow Beryl to continue to weaken. Computer models are starting to agree a bit more with the track between South Padre and Tampico. Anyone from Mexico to the west Gulf Coast will need to watch out for this storm after it moves across the Yucatan. Have a great evening! Kaitlin
