FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A man was found naked and unresponsive in a disabled pick-up truck by officers responding to a call of a vehicle blocking an intersection in Fresno County, the California Highway Patrol said on Wednesday. In a social media post, CHP says they responded to a report of an occupied, disabled vehicle blocking Copper Avenue at Sunnyside Avenue in Fresno County. Officers found the male driver in what they describe as "a concerning state" - naked, unresponsive, and in the fetal position. With the assistance of Fresno County Sheriff's Office deputies, CHP says they blocked in the truck, broke the window, and safely extricated the man without incident. They say they also found a line of "white powdery substance" on an Alcoholics Anonymous book. "A sobering reminder of poor choices, but our officers are always ready to respond and keep our community safe," CHP said. "We hope he gets the recovery help he needs"
