BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office arrested a Baton Rouge man accused of having 50 child pornography files. Devin Triche, 38, was arrested by detectives with EBRSO after learning Triche downloaded child sexual abuse material. Arrest documents state that on April 30, EBRSO detectives received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) about two files containing child sex abuse material. On March 29 and April 18, Microsoft reported an account that uploaded child sexual abuse material under the name of 'Devin Tricha.' The material included nude photos of juveniles standing next to each other. Search warrants and subpoenas were filed to check the IP address that was used to upload the child sexual abuse material. Detectives learned the IP address was traced back to Triche, according to arrest documents. After conducting interviews, Triche admitted to downloading the material on several occasions. During an on-scene forensic search, at least two videos of bestiality and 50 files of child sexual abuse material were found, the sheriff's office says. Triche was arrested and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of 100 counts of pornography involving juveniles and two counts of sexual abuse of an animal.
