ATHOL, Mass. (WWLP) - Firefighters were sent to a three-car accident in Athol on Tuesday, where Jaws of Life had to be used to rescue two occupants. Greenfield woman arrested for alleged involvement in car theft after crash in Connecticut According to the Athol Fire Department, crews were sent to a three-car motor vehicle accident at 5:12 p.m. on Tuesday. When crews arrived, a vehicle was found on its side on the guardrail with two people inside. Athol Fire DepartmentAthol Fire Department Crews utilized the Jaws of Life to help remove both of the people trapped inside the vehicle. Both of the occupants were taken to Athol Hospital for evaluation. There is no word on their current condition or the exact location of the crash.
