CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia State Police is investigating a vehicle crash on I-464 Wednesday morning. According to officials, officers were dispatched to I-464 southbound at Freeman Avenue around 7 a.m. in reference to a vehicle crash. Police told 10 On Your Side that two people have been detained as a result of the crash. No additional information has been released at this time. Freeman Ave. off-ramp closed (Courtesy: VDOT) The Freeman Avenue off-ramp was closed as crews worked to clear the road. The ramp has since reopened.
