Ghost hunter and local author James Willis will tell the story of the most notorious haunted house in American history — Amityville — during a free program at 6:30 p.m. July 22, at the Mentor Public Library’s Main Branch, 8215 Mentor Ave. Attendees will discover how much of the legend is true, a news release stated.
