HARTFORD, CT. (WWLP) - A music festival in Connecticut is being investigated by the State's Attorney General after a last-minute venue change and cancelation over the weekend. Monkey found in shed in Connecticut backyard Capulet Fest was meant to be a three-day, rock and metal music festival at Thompson Speedway. Days before it was set to begin, however, the company changed the venue to a much smaller concert hall in Hartford and canceled multiple bands. Late Saturday night, the production company behind the event canceled the third day altogether. Now, the Attorney General has launched an investigation after receiving more than 60 complaints from fans who say they want their money back.
