NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A person has been sent to the hospital in the evening on Tuesday, July 2, following a Canal street shooting. Three teenagers arrested in fatal shooting of woman in French Quarter According to the New Orleans Police Department, a case of aggravated battery by shooting occurred in the 800 block of Canal street. The victim, who has not yet been identified, sustained at least one gunshot wound to the body and was taken to a local hospital by New Orleans Emergency Services.
