The 3rd annual Hawaii Luau 4-on-4 Grass Volleyball Tournament is set to take place on Sunday, July 21, at Kailua District Park. This event, organized by former University of Hawaii All-Americans Joe and Gage Worsley, through their Out of System volleyball brand in collaboration with 7Gen Culture, celebrates the sport with men's, women's, and junior tournaments, attracting some of the biggest names in the island’s volleyball scene. A new addition to this year’s luau is the Industry Division, which provides local businesses a chance to hit the court and represent their brands. So actually putting together teams through their companies or however they want to represent their business and we're excited about it,” Joe Worsley said. “We've got a lot of really good feedback, and it's shaping up to be pretty cool. Absolutely. We looked at events in California and how they have businesses forming teams for different types of volleyball events. It's so cool and shows how much pride they put into it. That’s what we want – to create a little bit of competition, make it fun, and engage local businesses. That’s always important for us, and at the same time, we have a lot of fun,” he added. Registration for the Industry Division, along with 10 other tournaments for players 14 and older, remains open. The 3rd annual Hawaii Luau is set for Sunday, July 21, at Kailua District Park.
