Help identify car involved in driveby shooting, homicide

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) is hoping someone in the community recognizes a car that is suspected to have been involved in a homicide on the lower east side, followed by a drive-by shooting on Thursday, June 27.
According to PPD, officers originally responded to a shooting shortly after 12:35 a.m. in the 200 block of South Portland Avenue, south of East 4th Street. When police arrived on scene, they found an adult woman near the intersection with an apparent gunshot wound. She was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, where she ultimately died.

In an update on Tuesday, July 2, PPD said it had obtained footage of the suspect's car, which was also involved in a drive-by shooting near 13th Street and West Street minutes after the homicide.
PPD is now asking the community for help identifying and locating the car.
