RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Drivers can expect nearly a month of daily lane closures at the intersection of Chamberlayne Avenue and Bacon Street in Richmond's Northside starting Monday. Beginning Monday, July 8, and ending Wednesday, July 31, some lanes at this intersection will be temporarily closed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily to allow for scheduled road work. According to the City of Richmond's Department of Public works, a contractor will be installing signal conduit junction boxes during work hours.
