RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A road closure will be taking place in Richmond's West End later this week so that sewer work can be completed in the area. According to the Richmond Department of Public Works, the 4700 block of Cutshaw Avenue will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, July 5, so that a sewer lateral can be installed. Residents of the block will still have access to their homes while this project is being completed.
