A man was stabbed to death outside a Bronx daycare on Tuesday, police said.
Ronald Gomez-Mesa, 29, was attacked outside Rainbow Day Care on Phelan Place near W. Tremont Ave. in Morris Heights just before 4:30 p.m., according to cops.
When officers arrived, they discovered the man suffering from a knife wound to the chest.
Medics rushed him to Saint Barnabas Hospital, but he could not be saved.
There were no immediate arrests as police continued to investigate the stabbing.
Gomez-Mesa lived under a half mile away in the same neighborhood, cops said.
