VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) -- Virginia Beach police confirmed one person is in critical condition after a serious vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. It happened Monday at 11 a.m. on the 900 block of London Bridge Road, in the direction of Dam Neck Road. The road was closed between International Parkway and Sonic Drive while police investigated the crash. It reopened to traffic around 3 p.m., according to an updated tweet from VBPD.
