On Tuesday, organizers unveiled 43 new options. They range from a pretty unbelievable Bloody Mary packed with fair foods to a funnel cake with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, new twists on elephant ears, a peach shakeup, an indulgent grilled cheese sandwich and much more. The winning entry receives a $2,500 cash prize, with second place getting $1,000 and third place taking home $500. The top three winners will also get a "golden ticket" to the World Food Championships. The Indiana State Fair runs from Aug. 2 through Aug. 18.
