VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) -- Virginia Beach police say one person is in critical condition after a serious vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. It happened Monday on the 900 block of London Bridge Road in the direction of Dam Neck Road. The road is closed between International Parkway and Sonic Drive while police investigate the crash.
