NECEDAH, Wis. (WFRV) - Authorities in central Wisconsin say that six family members died after a Sunday morning house fire. According to the Juneau County Sheriff's Office, on June 30 around 2:30 a.m., a 911 call came in for a report house fire in Necedah. The caller reportedly thought there could be two or three people still inside the house. Authorities responded to the scene and saw the house was on fire. Multiple people were found in the driveway near the residence. Deputies were told that there was another person unaccounted for. Officials say that it was three adults and three juveniles. Fire crews battled the fire for an estimated three hours and were at the scene for over twelve hours, according to the Juneau County Sheriff's Office. Authorities say that six family members died from the fire. The fire appears to be accidental in nature, but the investigation is ongoing. The Juneau County Sheriff's Office says it will release the names of those who died when all family members are notified.
