Warm and sticky weather will return behind high pressure in a return flow from the south.For Red, White & Boom! on Wednesday, temperatures will reach the low 90s, as the humidity builds. Scattered showers and storms will develop ahead of a cold front approaching the state from the northwest. Temperatures will cool off a little later in the week, due to more clouds and periods of showers and storms, as a broad storm system lingers over the Ohio Valley.
