ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — You can expect mostly cloudy conditions with a few glimpses of some sunshine. Scattered rain showers are a possibility throughout the morning and afternoon, but it will be nothing more than a quick and light rain shower. Temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 70s for the morning hours and then will likely begin to decrease throughout the rest of the day. Clouds move back in during the late evening hours as temperature fall into the upper 50s. Clouds move out of the area early Monday and temperatures start in the upper 50s. Skies will remain mostly clear as temperatures soar into the low to mid 70s. It is going to be a beautiful way to start the holiday week here in Rochester. It will also be our warmest day of the week, getting up into the upper 80s, potentially hitting that 90° mark. Rain showers will linger into the Fourth of July, but eventually will clear out by the afternoon hours. Temperatures will be more seasonable for Thursday, with highs getting into the low to mid 80s. 8-Day Forecast Scattered rain showers remains a possibility heading into Friday with temperatures getting back up into the low to mid 80s. An isolated thunderstorm remains a possibility heading into the first half of the weekend. However, the potential for rain/storms moves out of the area for the second half of the weekend, where we could see mostly clear skies.
