WATCH: Fireworks go off moments before Southeast DC apartment fire breaks out

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- DC Fire and EMS released a video showing the moments before a large fire broke out at a Southeast D.C. apartment which displaced nearly 80 residents.
According to DC Fire and EMS, 76 people were displaced when a fire broke out on June 25 around 2 p.m. at the Oxford Manor Apartments.

Fire investigators determined that the two-alarm fire was caused by illegal fireworks.
In the video DC Fire and EMS released, people could be seen walking around and shooting off fireworks near the apartment complex.
