SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV)—The Savannah Police Department needs the community's help with locating a missing man. Jimmie Graham, III, 32, was last seen in the Wilmington Island area. He is 6’03”, about 175 pounds, with brown hair, and hazel eyes. He also frequents E Victor Dr and the Skidaway area.
