ATHENS, Ga. (WSAV) — An Athens grand jury has indicted Jose Ibarra, the man accused of murdering nursing student Laken Riley last February, on 10 criminal charges including three felony murder charges, one of malice murder and also charging the 26-year-old with being a peeping Tom.   According to the indictment, Ibarra allegedly caused Riley's death by "inflicting blunt force trauma to her head and by asphyxiating her in a manner unknown." It also says that Riley's death was likely due to being struck in "the head multiple times with a rock" after she went on a run near Lake Herrick in Athens.   In addition, a new allegation that Ibarra went to an apartment on Feb. 22, the same day as Riley's death, "for the purpose of becoming a peeping tom in that he did peep through the window and spied upon and invaded the privacy of" a different victim.   Riley's death sparked national outrage and became a political talking point over border security. The University of Georgia also released a $7.3 million safety plan to increase campus safety measures
