KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a shooting after a woman was found dead late Tuesday night. A man walked into the emergency room at KU Hospital and told police he had killed someone. Officers were then sent to a house on North Hallock, between Troup and Franklin Avenues, around 11:45 Tuesday night to look into the incident.
