ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester police and New York State troopers are on the scene of an investigation along Upper Falls Boulevard. NYSP tell News 8 they surrounded a building and shut down the roadway in search of a suspect in an earlier pursuit. They said it was an isolated incident with no threat to the public.
