FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- You will be found when Broadway at the Embassy returns for its 2024-2025 season.
Monday, the Embassy Theatre announced the 2024- 2025 season for Broadway at the Embassy. “Broadway at the Embassy” consists of a five-show series, with two Tony award-winning shows, that start in October 2024 and end in May 2025:
Main Series
Ain't Too Proud: the Life & Times of the Temptations - Oct. 1 and 2, 2024
Chicago - Dec. 10 and 11, 2024
Hadestown - Feb. 18 and 19, 2025
Dear Evan Hansen - Mar. 21 and 22, 2025
Tina: The Tina Turner Musical - May 27 and 28, 2025
Due to an increase in popularity, the Embassy expanded its 2024-2025 season to include two nights for each show, allowing more to join in on the fun.
“In recent years, we have worked hard to broaden our programming and focus on vital arts andcultural experiences for northeast Indiana. Broadway at the Embassy is an important part of thatstrategy,” said Kelly Updike, Embassy Theatre president & CEO. “Our community has supported this growth by filling the house. We are thrilled to expand to two nights and become a presenting partner in this series. The new season offers rich diversity, a little classic Broadway and newer shows never seen in this region.”
Tickets for the 2024-2025 season are set to go on sale in the summer of 2024.
This season the Embassy brought five main series shows and two season add-ons. Those shows included: Come From Away, Mean Girls, The Simon & Garfunkel Story, Pretty Woman: The Musical, Mamma Mia, Cirque Dreams Holidaze, and STOMP.
