The warmer side of this system will also bring a risk of strong storms. Showers are also possible Thursday with very warm temperatures near 80 by late afternoon. It will be cooler with some morning showers still possible during the morning. Friday will be the dry day with the coolest temperatures of the week as highs only top out in the lower 60s. The weekend may begin with a few showers on Saturday, but it looks dry and mild for Mother's Day. Temperatures will be back in the 70s by next week.
